3. Returns and Refunds

Customers who wish to return a product must contact ZinatCare by emailing support@zinatcare.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returns will be automatically accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product remains unopened and unused, or

  • The product arrived damaged upon delivery.

Other return requests may be reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of ZinatCare.

If the 14-day return window has passed, ZinatCare may still consider a return request; however, approval is not guaranteed.

4. Product Use and Resale

Products purchased through this website are intended for personal use only.

ZinatCare retains exclusive rights to the sale and distribution of products sold on this site. Customers may not resell, redistribute, or use products purchased from this website for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from ZinatCare.

5. Refusal of Service
